Shipping & Delivery

Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed before shipment.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all domestic orders. Please allow approximately 7 to 12 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for lost/damaged parcels. Items classed as Heavy Goods will cost $20.00 to ship.
  • Express Shipping: Available for all domestic orders. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Orders must be placed by 12 PM AEST to be shipped the same day.
  • FREE Shipping: Selected items on AU orders over $150 will qualify for FREE standard shipping (excluding heavy goods). This will be reflected upon checkout. Typical delivery takes  7 to 12 working days for standard shipping. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may require an extra working day for delivery. Very remote locations will take longer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all international orders. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but generally range from 14 to 30 business days. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs delays and additional charges, for which the customer is responsible.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the package, and the delivery destination.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at joyanne.boutique@gmail.com. We are dedicated to resolving any shipping issues promptly and will guide you through the process of addressing the concern.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

  • Please be advised that all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional charges that may be levied by their own country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges of your order. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. JoyAnne Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

ALL ORDERS

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If a product happens to be unavailable at the time of your online purchase, we will contact you via email to notify you of its expectant date.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Due to the current pandemic the delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated here. Delays imposed by the shipping carriers are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in any events out of our control.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered item(s) will be dispatched once they arrive at JoyAnne Boutique.

Please refer to the description of the item on our website to see the approximate delivery window. Please keep in mind the date provided is an estimated date and the item may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.

All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item(s) is available. If you require items that are not on pre-order to be shipped earlier, please place separate orders.

Please take care when processing your order as all pre-orders are final – no additional items can be added to the order and order cannot be cancelled or edited before delivery.
