Refund & Exchanges
When you make a purchase at JoyAnne Boutique, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases.
Please note that refunds will only be provided when items are deemed as faulty. All other returns, including ‘change of mind’ will receive a store credit. Store credits will be valid for 12 months. Seasonal items (Christmas and Easter, etc) and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
When purchasing from our online store, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Please ensure you have read the description thoroughly and checked the size guide of the garment before purchasing.
These following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) hair accessories, hats, and earrings.
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
A refund will only be provided if a returned item is assessed and deemed as faulty. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have a faulty item, please request a return by emailing joyanne.boutique@gmail.com and include a picture of the fault, along with your order number.
Please take care when trying on item(s) as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If the item is deemed unsellable, it will not be accepted.
We kindly request that you do not send the item directly to us before contacting us first. This will ensure that we can coordinate and provide you with the necessary instructions for a smooth and efficient process.
Exchanges
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have an item to return, please request a return by emailing joyanne.boutique@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you want to return. We will then provide instructions, on how to return your item(s).
Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a store credit within five business days. You will receive your store credit via email.
All Returns
The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Make sure you package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received and accepted, your refund/credit note will be processed within five business days. If we do not receive a return or receive a return damaged, we are not required to compensate the customer.
Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until return postage to you have been paid for.
