Refund Policy
At Joyanne Boutique, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that issues can arise. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that refunds will only be provided when items are deemed as faulty. All other returns, including ‘change of mind’ will receive a store credit. Store credits will be valid for 12 months. Seasonal items (Christmas and Easter, etc) and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please also take care when trying on item(s) as we are not able to accept returns with make up stains. If the item is deemed unsellable, it will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We kindly request that you do not send the item directly to us before contacting us first. This will ensure that we can coordinate and provide you with the necessary instructions for a smooth and efficient process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
- We only accept returns if the product received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- To initiate a return for a damaged item, please send an email to joyanne.boutique@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Defective or Damaged or Wrong Item." Include photographic evidence of the damage and a brief description of the issue.
Non-returnable Items:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), hair accessories, hats, and earrings).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a store credit within five business days. You will receive your store credit via email.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return Process:

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Refunds will be processed upon the successful receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
